Whether Beerens will play is still uncertain, he didn't play today versus AZ but as far as I know chances are quite high that he will be able to play again on Thursday versus PAOK.

The Ticketbox website doesn't show any tickets available for this match anymore but maybe tickets can still be bought at local vendors, I'm not sure. However it seems very likely to me that this match has been sold out by now.

Why did PAOK give us the whole gate? I felt a little bit sorry for the PAOK-fans who couldn't visit the game because it was sold out. But there were 3970 empty seats in our gate, I guess!

Anyhow, thanks for a great night. The atmoshpere in Toumba was really impressive, I enjoyed it.

I am glad you enjoyed the Game and the atmosphere my Friend, hope you liked our city too. As for Gate 8, we were expecting more fans (The press was talking about 350 people) and it was too late when the administration found out that it wasn’t so to make any changes.

No offense but the pitch in your stadium is the most shirt one ive ever seen!

And that is an understatement!!! Even our own players are crying about it!!! Hopefully during September when Superleague will have a two weeks brake due to world cup qualification games our National team has to play, they will probably change it. They should have done so earlier but they did not due to financial issues. The cost was like 400.000 Euros and the administration could not deliver it at that time.

If the match isn't sold out, you can buy tickets at the stadium. But you need a 'clubcard', there isn't general sale.

Normally there's hardly any illicit tickettrade around the Abe Lenstra.

PAOK fans that do not have a ticket and really want to see the match live should stay at home and watch it on the television. Even if the match isn't sold out you can't buy any tickets without our clubcard or seasons-pass.

That won't work at our stadium.
because the dogs and cops are standing thursday at the gates arend friendly (because i believe there will be a lot of police for this match in heerenveen). and our gates wont be big as the gate on the film on youtube.
You must put youre match/season tichet in a machine so he can read the barcode an than one person can walk true a small gate.

The homegates are really easy to crush. There are mostley girls checking the tickets, no gates to hold you back. I would personally choose entrance E. A lot of gates and few security.

You won't be able to buy a ticket on the matchday at the stadium. Even if it is not sold out you can't buy any tickets. Heerenveen is saying this on official website.

And there wil be a lot of Cops and stuff around the stadium, because Heerenveen considers this game a high (the highest) risk game.

We don't know yet, the line-up may be published just before the match and Trond Sollied likes to come up with surprising tactics (that don't always work very well ) so I don't think anybody knows what the tactic will be. PAOK must attack, sc Heerenveen may try to score from a counter attack while staying pretty defensive. Once 1 or 2 goals have been scored we will probably play very defensive which will not make the match very pleasant to watch. But it's not about playing a great match, it's just about qualifying. I personally wouldn't care if it was the most boring match of the century that resulted in a 0-0 score, as long as we went on to the poule phase.

Unknown. Probably he will play the Wheel Of Fortune to decide which player to use and which system to play

If I was to bet on this game, I would definately bet "under". Both teams will play defense and try to steal the qualification with one goal or by Heerenveen side also a 0-0. Prepare yourselfs for a very tactical and boring game. I hope to God I am wrong though for our entertainment's sake.

But luckily we don't think we are a great team, that would beat our next opponent easily. You had to win, but didn't even try.

Well to be honest nobody here thinks we have a great team, as a matter of fact we all thought that the chance of going through to the poule stage was small because well... we were playing versus the second best team from Greece. With the shape our team is in, which is mediocre at best, you'd expect that a club that ended 5th in the Netherlands would face defeat...

So either PAOK is in a similar shape as we are or professional football in Greece is just on a lower level than the Dutch league. I mean no disrespect at all and can only praise the atmosphere that you PAOK-fans created this evening which easily surpassed any Dutch supportergroups that we had in our stadium but your team.. well.. sorry.. I found it very unimpressive and I think I overestimated PAOK a bit.

Either way I wish you guys good luck in the competition this weekend! Maybe 'til later, some day.
